Our ethos is to consistently raise the bar by producing top restaurant quality food at events and private functions all over the UK. Our seasonal menu is selected around the harvest of the British crop, sourcing the best local ingredients from free range British farmers and organic independent suppliers.
Award Winning Chefs: a journey of two chefs, Darren and Antony, whose paths crossed working together at their childhood football club many years ago. Darren was head chef and took on a young teenage Antony as his protégé. Since then they have created a special partnership, winning many prestigious awards for their food and building an award winning business that has gone from strength to strength over the years.
